At Real Fit, we’ve tailored our personal training packages to offer our clients more flexibility without sacrificing results. All of our personal training packages include weekly sessions, an 8 week meal plan, monthly measurements to track your progress and a physical assessment to determine the best training modalities for you!

We offer three different personal training packages to fit your needs. Not sure which package is right for you? We will work together to make sure you’re in the appropriate program to meet your goals. Please note, customized packages are available upon request.
