New Set of Daily 5s


Hey, Daily Hustlers! This week, we’re bringing you a brand new August Daily 5 workout that will leave your arms sculpted and sore. Grab a pair of dumbbells, your water bottle and your timer. It’s time to tone and tighten!

Complete each move for 30 seconds each for two complete rounds:

  1. Tricep Dips
  2. Push-ups
  3. L-Raise (right arm front) **
  4. L-Raise (left arm front) 
  5. Wide Bicep Curl


** To perform an L-Raise, grab a pair of dumbbells with palms facing down. With shoulders down and back, position your right arm in front of your body at your hips and your left arm down by your side. Lift arms simultaneously, raising your right arm in front of your body and left arm to your side to make a “L”.
