Short & Sweet

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds each, complete 4 rounds. Try to rest less than one minute between rounds. Grab your timer, pour yourself some water and let's get busy!


  1. Squat with alternating knee lift
  2. Squat with alternating front kick
  3. High plank with alternating leg lift
  4. Alternating jackknife
  5. Jumping jacks
  6. High knees


Don't forget your 3 minute warm up and a 2 minute stretch after you've finished!
