At Real Fit, we are dedicated to helping our clients reach their wellness goals- whatever they may be. We incorporate 5 building blocks of fitness into each class: speed, strength, power, endurance, and balance. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we have a class for you!

 
 

AM HUSTLE

Get your metabolism chugging and your muscles firing before the sun with a combination of strength training, plyometric cardio with low-impact options and stability work! 

 

 

BOOTY CAMP

A grab-bag of tried and true fitness methods like kettlebell training, step drills, speed and endurance work and core-centric exercises. This 45 minute class is always different and ALWAYS booty-kicking! Appropriate for all fitness levels. 

CARDIO BLAST 

Put your endurance to the test with this cardio-based circuit training that incorporates speed, power and agility as well as balance and core work. Appropriate for all fitness levels! 

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Cardio Kickboxing is a fusion of kickboxing, martial arts and aerobics set rhythmically to music. Train like a combat athlete while performing boxing sequences, kickboxing routines and handbag drills!

 

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Alternating between strength and cardio moves, circuit training is a fast-paced and highly effective way to torch calories and build muscle. This workout will get your heart pumping and leave your muscles fatigued from head to toe.

P90X LIVE

P90X Live is a total-body strength class that uses body weight and minimal equipment (such as dumbbells, barbells, plates and resistance bands) to include cardio, lower body, upper body and core. The P90X Live fitness class features various training protocols for all levels, awesome music, and the energy of a group setting – making this workout both fun and challenging for all – while achieving those extreme P90X results.

PILOXING

An interval training protocol that combines boxing, pilates and dance for a high-energy, fun filled workout! Barefoot training is encouraged

POUND

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
